Xinghuo Station Complex, built by Beijing Xinghuo Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the subsidiary of Oceanwide Holdings Co., Ltd., will be connected to the No. 2 Airport Expressway and the 3rd Ring Road. Covering a land area of nearly 10 hectares and a total floor area of around 500,000 m², the complex will become one of the most important future three-dimensional comprehensive transport hubs in Beijing.
