From September 4 to September 5, 2016, the 11th G20 Summit was held in Hangzhou, China. As an important supporting meeting of G20 Summit, B20 Summit was held from September 3 to September 4 at Qianjiang New City International Convention Center. Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel as a designated hotel received some representatives participating in B20 Summit.

Around 120 Chinese and foreign guests from B20 Summit stayed at Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel. Most Chinese representatives were senior managers from domestic large-scale enterprises such as Mr. Chen Feng, Board Chairman of HNA Group and Mr. Wu Xiaohui, Board Chairman of Anbang Insurance Group; foreign representatives were from many regions and countries such as Russia, USA and Italy, including the guest speaker Mr. John Denton, the First-Vice Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Despite of limited time and inadequate adaptation, under the concerted efforts of all the employees, the hotel offered a successful reception with exquisite, prompt, customized and diligent services, receiving unanimous recognition from the guests and the B20 Organizing Committee.

During the Summit, the hotel was formally open for business. As the first guest of the hotel, the B20 representative Mr. Jiang Zhixiang, Board Chairman of Soshare Group, attended the unique Welcome Ceremony. Before his departure, Mr. Jiang pleasantly wrote down his feelings: “Summit in Hangzhou, guests in Diaoyutai; appreciating Qianjiang by the window, and expecting great fortune.” It is believe that, Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel will take this opportunity to provide supreme services of Chinese style for guests.
