China Minsheng Trust Was Honored as “2016 Excellent Enterprise of China Best Employer”

On December 8, 2016, the Awarding Ceremony of 2016 (5th) China Human Resources Management Forum & China Best Employer hosted by Taihe Consulting was held in Beijing. China Minsheng Trust Co., Ltd. was honored as "2016 Excellent Enterprise of China Best Employer".


Despite of the shortest development history among 68 trust companies, China Minsheng Trust has always been persisting in rule-based management and system operations since its establishment in April 2013. The company sticks to the principle of open recruitment, fair competition, equal stress on integrity and ability and selection of the best in the employee recruitment and employment, and all the employees are recruited from the society. Up until now, the company has nearly 300 employees, more than 90% of whom are from domestic and foreign famous colleges and universities and 65% of whom have master’s degrees and above.

The appraisal of “China Best Employer” witnesses the participation of over 100 Chinese enterprises each year since its establishment in 2012. During the appraisal, the experts committee and media committee conduct comprehensive evaluation from four aspects, i.e. corporate culture, talent management, remuneration and welfare, and employees’ career development, and select the best employers with the highest public trust in China’s human resource industry with the three-level appraisal mechanism, which is the only appraisal rule used in the human resource field.
