On the morning of November 16, 2016, China Charity Alliance Charitable Trust Committee was officially established in Beijing. It is the first professional charity committee since the implementation of the Charity Law. China Minsheng Trust was invited to the meeting and appointed as the member of the Charitable Trust Committee.

The Charitable Trust Committee is a branch under China Charity Alliance, initiated and joined by charitable organizations, financial institutions and professionals, with the purpose of promoting the application and popularization of charitable trust, providing more smooth approaches for the participation of the social force in philanthropy, and enhancing the sustainable, healthy and orderly development of philanthropy.

Since its resumption of business in 2013, China Minsheng Trust has always fulfilled the social responsibility and carried out trust business in support for indemnificatory housing, service for the agriculture, rural areas and farmers, and enhancement of elderly care and education, amounting to over ten billion yuan. The appointment of Minsheng Trust as the member of Charitable Trust Committee is an encouragement to Minsheng Trust’T engagement in public welfare undertakings. In the future, Minsheng Trust will further display its advantages and support the healthy and sustainable development of China’s philanthropy by charitable trust business.
