On the morning of March 4, Consul General Wang Donghua, Commercial Counsellor Yang Yihang, and Vice Consul Zhang Taiming of the Chinese Consulate General in San Francisco visited China Oceanwide Real Estate USA to offer New Year greetings to Chinese enterprises on behalf of the Consulate General. Wu Chen, President of China Oceanwide Real Estate USA, received the delegation warmly, and had a discussion with the guests.

At the meeting, Mr. Wu briefed the guests on the general situation of Oceanwide and the practice of Oceanwide in fulfilling corporate social responsibility, and particularly introduced the basic situation of Oceanwide real estate projects in the United States. Consul General Wang spoke highly of Oceanwide's achievements in corporate development and its contribution to social responsibility.

The delegation also visited the site of the ongoing Oceanwide Center project in San Francisco. They highly appreciated the construction of a large landmark project in such a core American city as San Francisco, which fully demonstrated the strength of Chinese enterprise's international operation, and wished the project a success.
