On the afternoon of November 15, 2018, Chairman Lu Zhiqiang visited and inspected the construction progress of the Oceanwide Center project in San Francisco.

Chairman Lu Zhiqiang noted that the San Francisco project is a local landmark and an important showcase for Oceanwide in the United States. He asked the San Francisco company to strictly follow the project schedule and adopt scientific methods to ensure the quality of the project meets the high standards of San Francisco. He also asked the local company to pay great attention to construction safety to ensure the success of the project.

In addition, the chairman leant the reserved buildings and surrounding projects, and instructed the San Francisco company to study the possibility of overall renovation and redevelopment of the surrounding area from the perspective of long-term development.

The Oceanwide Center project in San Francisco is the second commercial real estate project of Oceanwide Center in the United States. It will add two new landmark buildings and preserve two historic buildings with a total floor area of about 220,000 square meters. When completed, the Oceanwide Center will become the second tallest building in San Francisco, thus changing the pattern of the urban core of San Francisco and enhancing the prosperity and vitality of the core area.
