On August 8, 2016, thefirst “Diaoyutai” hotel in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai jointly establishedby Zhejiang Oceanwide Real Estate Co., Ltd. and MGM Resorts International-HangzhouOceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel was formally open for trial operation. It is expectedto receive B20 representatives as the designated hotel during G20 SummitHangzhou to be held in the next month.

On the morning ofAugust 6, the Project Handover Ceremony of Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotelwas held in the hotel lobby. Relevant leaders of Oceanwide Holdings, PropertyHeadquarters, Real Estate Headquarters and Zhejiang Branch, representativesfrom Diaoyutai Hotel and MGM Resorts International, and hotel management&operation team members gathered at Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel tojointly witness the historical moment of the project handover. The handover ofthe golden key representing the project management right among Zhejiang Branch,hotel management company and Diaoyutai Hotel management & operation teamindicated that Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel formally entered into the operationand management phase from the construction phase, and “Oceanwide” and “Diaoyutai”will make concerted efforts to build a new urban landmark in Hangzhou.  

Located in the corearea of Qianjiang New City, Hangzhou Oceanwide Diaoyutai Hotel boasts 162luxury rooms with picturesque river view. The hotel will be open for trialoperation upon handover, and Diaoyutai & MGM team will be fully responsiblefor the daily operation and management of the hotel.
