On November 30th, 2016, the Five-star Tourist Hotel Awarding and Brand Upgrade Ceremony was held in Oceanwide Sheraton Wuhan Hankou Hotel, which made the Hotel the first five-star of its kind in Wuhan CBD. The head of Sheraton Hotel officially announced at the ceremony that, Oceanwide Sheraton Wuhan Hankou Hotel was renamed Oceanwide Sheraton Grand Wuhan Hankou Hotel, falling into the brand-new high-end sub-category of the brand “Sheraton Grand.” It is reported that, Wuhan Hankou Oceanwide Sheraton Hotel was officially appraised by the National Tourism Administration as the “Five-Star Tourist Hotel” with extraordinary hardware and high-level service on August 19, 2016.
